1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- During peak seasons (e.g., festivals or sales), processing may take slightly longer than usual.
- In case of delays due to stock issues or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Locations: 5–9 business days
- Remote/Interior Areas: 6–12 business days (subject to courier availability)
Deliveries are typically made between Monday and Saturday. Couriers may not deliver on Sundays or national holidays.
We ship via trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, and others based on your location.
3. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free delivery on all prepaid orders
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹99 flat COD charge
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
- You can also track your order anytime using the ‘Track Order’ page on our website with your Order ID and Email.
5. Address Accuracy & Changes
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct when placing your order.
- If you need to modify your address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is dispatched, no changes can be made.
6. Failed Deliveries & Re-Attempts
If a delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept COD order
Then:
- The package will be returned to us
- Re-shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued after deducting original shipping and return costs
7. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability or warehouse location. You will receive tracking details for each shipment, if applicable.
8. Delivery Area Limitations
- We currently ship only within India
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes
- Some remote or restricted areas may have longer delivery timelines or limited courier service. In such cases, we will notify you before processing the order.
9. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- If any item is missing, an unboxing video starting from the package being sealed is required as proof.
- If your package is lost in transit (confirmed by the courier), we will issue a full refund or replacement, as per your preference.
10. Shipping During High-Demand Periods
During festivals, national holidays, or major sale events, both order processing and delivery may be delayed due to high order volume. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed in case of any changes.
